Mahinalani...2008 WCC Volleyball Player Of The Year, AVCA All-Region team, AVCA All-America Honorable Mention

Born in Hawaii and raised in Montana, Mahinalani tasted success early and often, but it only fueled her ambition to win more, to be better, to win on a bigger stage. Her prep career played out like most kids can only dream of: state championships in volleyball, basketball, and track, multiple all-state selections, multiple state tournament mvp awards, multiple player of the year awards.

Now in her junior year of college, she’s earned multiple tournament mvp’s as well as being honored in the city of San Diego hall of champions. Mahinalani has also been named WCC All-First Team now for both her Sophomore and Junior seasons, and was recently named the 2008 WCC Volleyball Player Of The Year. Mahina was also named to the AVCA All-Region team and recognized with AVCA All-America Honorable Mention.
